This season of Jury Duty explores the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse, who was charged with the reckless homicide of Joseph Rosenbaum, the intentional homicide of Anthony Huber, and the attempted intentional homicide of Gaige Grosskreutz. As Rittenhouse was the undisputed shooter of all three men, Rittenhouse’s legal team argued that the shootings were in self-defense.

You can find a collection of media coverage of the Kyle Rittenhouse trial here.

At the end of each week, host Kary Antholis is joined by an expert in the criminal justice field to help distill and further analyze what was heard in the trial. This week our guest is Abbe Smith who serves as Professor of Law and Director of the Criminal Defense and Prisoner Advocacy Clinic at Georgetown University.
